Dark chocolate and walnut brownies

Ingredients
- 180 gram Flora Original margarine spread
- 75 gram cocoa
- 350 gram caster sugar
- 4 drops vanilla extract
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- gram plain flour sifted
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 gram 70% cocoa dark chocolate solids chopped
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C. Line a 20 cm x 30 cm swiss roll tin with baking paper.
- Mix Flora Spread and cocoa in a large bowl, then add sugar, vanilla and eggs. Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into prepared tin and bake for 30-40 minutes until firm but still moist. Allow to cool completely in tin before cutting into squares.
